Value Added Services

We offer a number of services that may be of use to zone owners, free of charge unless otherwise stated.

Watchdog Service

We're pleased to offer a free watchdog service, which will perform a number of emergency actions if your zone becomes unresponsive. Actions include one or more of the following:

• Warning email sent to an address of your choice.
• Warning SMS sent to a telephone number of your choice.
• Automatic reboot of your zone.

You can change these settings via zonectl.

DNS Secondaries

We put two of our DNS servers at your disposal and will gladly secondary any domains hosted on your zone.

Backup MX

We're happy to provide fallback mail exchange services for any domains hosted on your zone.

Local Mirrors

We mirror Blastwave and Sun Freeware locally, giving you almost instant access to a wide variety of pre-packaged free software.

Online Backups

For a small fee, we'll provide you with regular online backups of all or part of your zone's filesystem.

Consultancy

We consult. For you, a valued zone customer, we'll consult at very favourable rates.
