Welcome, Mod3 Customers

If you're an existing Mod3 customer and you've decided that one of SparseZone's bundles is a tempting deal, let us know.

Come June, we'd like to start migration of any Mod3 zone customers who'd like a SparseZone zone. Why June? Well, there are structural changes to be made, as you can imagine, and we're currently testing a new zone layout for improved disc access, both of which we'd like to complete before disturbing customers.

We'll try to make the transition as easy as we can, given the technical constraints we're working under. To that end, we'll make a backup of your old zone available at the time we create your new zone, and we're happy to run your new zone in parallel with your old zone, for four weeks, to give you time to make the move. All at our cost, subject to terms and conditions. Migrating customers will not be charged an administration fee.

The eagle-eyed amongst you will note that SparseZone's pricing structure is different from Mod3's in a couple of ways. Firstly, Pay As You Go zones are gone. Secondly, we're talking about quarterly and annual payments. A man can only issue so many bills for £2 a month before he starts to wonder. But prices are down and resources are up over all.

Any questions? Just ask.
